We strive to have the most reliable service in the VPS industry. However, should downtime occur, our SLA is this:
- If the outage is less than 1 hour, no service credit is given;
- If the outage is over 1 hour, a day's service credit is given;
- If the outage is over 1 day, the service credit doubles per day of downtime.
So in a nutshell, if you are down for 2 days, you will have 4 days of service credit.
We feel that this is the best SLA policy in the industry.

explanation.

On average, 20 VPSes are on a host. This is much better than most VPS providers which load up to 100 VPS on a machine.
